All our orders will be shipped via Royal Mail signed, or tracked and signed service.
Please remember that all tracking numbers take a few hours (and sometimes up to 24 hours) to become active from the point of notification. This is because of the time delay between us packing and shipping an item and our delivery couriers updating their own systems.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Our delivery window is 7-10 working days, but we aim to ship faster. Personalised items may take longer due to the nature of the item.
Orders placed on a bank holiday: These will be likely be delayed by one day. We try to avoid these delays however Royal Mail are closed on Monday. We're sorry if this causes any problems with your delivery.
